Front desk notifications
Appraisal Host sends operational text notifications to Appraisal Host staff who subscribe, including summaries of answered calls and new business lead alerts from our phone line.
Order status notifications
Customers with an Appraisal Host account can opt in to receive appraisal order texts, including new order assignments, order status updates, and appointment reminders. We do not send marketing or promotional texts.
How you opt in
Consent is collected in writing. Staff consent is collected during service onboarding in the service agreement. Customer consent is collected in your Appraisal Host account, where you provide your mobile number and enable text notifications. Every subscriber sees and agrees to the following consent language before any text is sent:
By providing your mobile phone number and agreeing to SMS notifications in your Appraisal Host service agreement or account settings, you consent to receive operational text messages from Appraisal Host (Appraisal Host LLC), including front desk call summaries, new business lead alerts, appraisal order assignments, order status updates, and appointment reminders. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Your mobile phone number and opt-in information are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Confirmation and opt-out
After opting in, subscribers receive a welcome text confirming their enrollment. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and get help by replying HELP. Opting out stops all messages from our number immediately.
